Is there a washer and dryer in the villa?
Yes, there is a separate room with a washer and dryer.
Do we have to bring an iron?
No, there is an iron and ironing board.
Do we have to bring a hairdryer?
No, a hairdryer is provided.
How far is the villa from the main attractions?
Our villa is ten miles from Walt Disney World's gate which is 10-15 minutes driving time. Sea World is 20 minutes and Universal Studios is about 25 minutes driving time.
Is there a TV and DVD in the home?
There is a main television in the lounge with DVD and Playstation 2 and there are televisions with cable in all of the bedrooms.
Do we have to bring towels and sheets?
These are provided although we ask that you don't remove them from the villa so if you intend to visit the beach or a water park please bring your own.
Does the villa have air-conditioning and heat?
In Florida's sub-tropical climate, you would not survive without air-conditioning so the entire villa is air-conditioned. If however you should feel cold this can be turned to heat.
Do I get maid service?
The home will be clean on your arrival. Should you wish to have maid service, this would be available at a charge of £10.00 per day. The service covers making of beds, cleaning the bathrooms and vacuuming through as necessary. This can be arranged daily or to your specific request.
Is a laundry service provided?
No. The villa has a washer and dryer, so washing of linens etc will be possible throughout your stay, as necessary.
Will the swimming pool be fenced in?
There is a flexible, removable fence which will be in place when you arrive and which you can choose to leave down or replace after use but please take great care not to leave young children unattended. The pool is covered by a large screen, which stops bugs etc flying at you in the warm evenings, when you want to sit on the patio.
How large is the pool?
The pool is 30 x 15 ft. It is heated and this can be turned on at your request.
Am I near a shopping mall?
Yes, in Florida you always are. The area is full of small shopping malls and outlet stores. The large malls such as Millenia Mall, Florida Mall and the Belz Outlet Mall are within 20-40 minutes of the villa.
Is there a grocery store near the villa?
There is a Publix grocery store within 5-10 minutes of the door. At this site there are also take-away restaurants and other stores. There is also a Walgreens, petrol station and restaurants close by.
Does the villa have a garage?
There is a two-car garage as well as a two-car drive.
