You might expect that with all it has to offer, renting a villa would be expensive but this isn't the case. Unlike a hotel holiday where you pay for each and every person or a supplement if there aren't enough in your group, the rate for the villa is just that. You pay for the villa regardless of how many people are in your party. This makes it relatively cheap. Check out our prices, below.

Cleaning Fee, per booking £50.00
The cleaning fee is added to each booking and it takes place on the day you vacate the villa. If you want the villa to be cleaned whilst you are on holiday please let us know and we can arrange it.
Damages deposit, refundable £100.00
Obviously accidents do happen, and to ensure no one has to worry about it we collect this deposit to cover any costs but it is refunded as soon as our Management Company have carried out their inspection on or near the day of departure. If there are any breakages or damages a contribution towards this is deducted first.
Terms
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The balance is due 60 days prior to travel. Cancellation charges are: 50% if notified within two weeks of arrival, 35% if notified within one calendar month of arrival, 20% for all other cancellations.
